Subscription
Overview
An active subscription is required to add members and configure your domain. Plans are managed from the Plans & billing tab in the Business dashboard.
How to subscribe
Plans are priced per user / per month. Contact sales@twake.app for Enterprise or custom pricing.
1. In the Business dashboard, go to Plans & billing.
2. Select a plan and click Subscribe.
3. Review the order summary, fill in your billing details and card number.
4. Click Pay with card.
Frequently asked questions
Is member billing updated automatically?
Yes. Adding or removing a member is automatically reflected in your organisation's billing — no manual adjustment needed.
Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Account tab. Note that cancelling results in the deletion of your organisation. See Cancelling your subscription.
