Cancelling your subscription

Overview

It is not possible to keep an organisation on Twake without an active subscription. Cancelling your subscription results in the permanent deletion of your organisation and all associated data.

Cancelling your subscription permanently deletes your organisation. All member accounts, files, emails, and chat history will be lost. This action cannot be undone.

Before you cancel

  • Notify all members that the workspace will be shut down.
  • Ask members to export or download any personal data they want to keep.
  • Export any shared files or documents your organisation needs to retain.

How to cancel

1. In the Business dashboard, click Account in the left sidebar.
2. Click the Manage button.
3. Select Cancel subscription from the dropdown.
4. Read the warning carefully and confirm.

Your organisation and all data will be deleted at the end of the current billing period.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reactivate my organisation after cancelling?

No. You would need to create a new organisation from scratch.

What if I want to pause instead of cancel?

There is no pause option. Consider blocking all members while keeping your subscription active.
